Our products are available direct from us - you can phone, email or text your inquiry and pay by direct bank transfer (UK) or PayPal (overseas). Payments by cheque or postal order are still possible but take a little longer. We hope to introduce direct ordering and payment on the website when it is relaunched later this year. Once online ordering is launched you can still order products direct from us if you do not have a credit card or PayPal account, or if you have any problems with the online ordering system. As we make most of our own products, a low stock indicator on the website may not mean we cannot supply further units if you need to order more, so please just contact us to find out.
Iona Light is a partnership primarily based in Scotland - you will find our contact details below and on our contacts page. You can order our products by post or email and pay for them by cheque/BACS transfer (UK only) or Paypal (overseas only). When the website is relaunched you will be able to pay by Paypal or credit card, or contact us to arrange to pay by cheque.
Customers from outside the UK: please email (with email title 'order') or text your order and let us know where you need us to send it, and we'll weigh the items and work out an overall cost including P&P and payment charges. You can then decide whether to go ahead. Once you have confirmed your order, we'll send you a PayPal invoice in sterling and despatch your order on receipt of payment.
UK customers: please write or email us giving your order details and address together with your cheque or postal order made out to 'Fiona Mackenzie' or 'Grahame Wyllie' or request our bank details for BACS transfer (please provide a mobile phone number to which we can text them).
Please note that we cannot accept cheques made out to Iona Light, as the bank account used by the partnership is in the names of the two partners. Please do not combine cheques for Iona Light products with payments for sessions with Shabdan as these are separate businesses. Just send us two cheques in this case.
To complete your order, we'll need your name, address and order details. A contact telephone number is helpful for any queries.
UK post and packing are included in the product prices listed on this website, but if you are ordering several items we can normally save you a little on postage by combining them, so feel free to contact us before you send payment.
The address in Pembrokeshire is a forwarding service that will ensure mail reaches us wherever we are, although it may take a little longer. You can always contact us by phone, mobile text or email if you want a more immediate response.

When we receive your order and payment we will despatch the goods requested to you. Normally this will be immediately or within a few working days of receipt of your order, but please allow up to 30 days unless otherwise indicated. We will keep you informed of progress and we are happy to work to deadlines for birthdays etc. whenever we can.
If you are unhappy with the goods you receive you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us if you have any problems with orders received and we will be happy to help. If the goods you receive are faulty we will of course replace them as quickly as possible.
If you require a receipt, please include this request with your order. Requests received after the order has been despatched may attract an admin charge.
