December Retreat with Shabdan

December Retreat

Shabdan invites you to join him on his regular but very special spiritual retreat this winter, taking sanctuary for seven days in a community of like-hearted lightworkers in a lovely eco-built spiritual centre in Cumbria.

There are a few places left on this exceptional course which offers a unique opportunity to spend a healing week in a high-vibration atmosphere and be part of Shabdan's research and development work as well. Alongside more traditional healing work daily, you will have the chance to try out new keys and tools in a safe environment and contribute with your feedback.

Mornings are set aside for individual self-healing work using tools and techniques, both familiar and new, while supported by the background energy of everyone else doing the same. Afternoons are for formal and experimental sessions in which we work with Shabdan using uu-crychtu mats and other state-of-the-art spiritual tools. If Spirit inspires him, you will have the chance to try out new techniques as they unfold. We will use our combined energies both to open our own consciousness to higher possibilities and to offer increased healing and support to the world. In the evenings, we'll have lighter sessions, activities, discussion or whatever suits the moment.

The retreat will be a time of healing, rest, music and community, an opportunity to learn to live at a higher vibration and to focus on your spiritual practice together with a programme of Earth healing work.

The venue is a lovely eco centre set in the Cumbrian Hills, with heated en-suite twin rooms, polished wooden floors and a wood-burning stove. This is a space in which you can immerse yourself in the spiritual, free from the encumbrances of the outer life. We will cook and eat together, share together and undertake spiritual exercises that will increase your vibration permanently.

The Retreat will include the daily use of “In Shambhala Fields” techniques, and where applicable Sheh-An-Na-Shan and its follow-on Veh-An-Na-Shan. For those new to these techniques, "In Shambhala Fields" training can be arranged via Skype or telephone in advance and it is a pre-requisite for the course. Training for Sheh-An-Na-Shan or Veh-An-Na-Shan can also be offered prior to or on the course, by arrangement.

Course Requirements: you must have completed an “In Shambhala Fields” training course. Sheh-An-Na-Shan is recommended, and can also be taught at the retreat.

Traditionally we try to keep the retreat costs relatively low (for a residential course), to reflect the experimental nature of the experience. The course fee, including residential accommodation, is £550 (In Shambhala Fields, Sheh-An-Na-Shan and Veh-An-Na-Shan courses at additional cost). Deposit of £245 payable on booking and balance of £305 payable by 14 October 2013. Bring your own bedlinen and towels (pillows and duvets are provided) or - with advance notice through us - hire bedlinen and towel packs from the centre for a nominal fee. There will be a food kitty (estimated cost based on previous courses around £45), shared between all participants and payable on the course once the actual costs have been established. Food will be prepared on a group self-catering basis with shared cooking of vegetarian menus, special diets catered for (but you must notify well in advance).

You can contact us by email (address info[at], landline 01382 581951 or mobile text 07900 046024 to apply for the retreat. Please do so as soon as possible as places are limited.

Please read the terms and conditions for residential workshops before booking.
